A class designed for those who have always wanted to “sink their hands into dough.”
The class takes place right in the professional kitchen of Osteria di Poneta in Colognole restaurant, where the chef will give guests a full range of advice and techniques for making the main dishes of classic Tuscan cuisine.
A minimum of two persons is required, to a maximum of 7. Reservation required at least 2 days in advance.
