Built in the 17th century, it was completely restructured for the first time in the late 19th century, when the Conti Spalletti family purchased the historic property from an ancient noble Florentine family, the Martini Bernardi. It was heavily bombed in World War II, and successively restored again, to house the on-site estate managers, called fattori, hence the name of Fattoria. Finally, in 1996, the Villa was meticulously restored, and the interior spaces restructured, bringing the Villa's furnishings and services up to modern hospitality standards. Today, Villa Fattoria constitutes the perfect solution for those who wish an extensive, comfortable space to completely enjoy their vacation. The Villa offers, on the piano nobile, a spacious entry hall with satellite TV, 5 bedrooms with double beds (4 on the piano nobile and 1 on the floor above), 5 bathrooms (1 with bathtub), and an exclusive-use garden with centuries-old trees and a BBQ area. One of the bedrooms and baths is handicapped-accessible. Guests in the Villa Fattoria enjoy use of a common swimming pool immediately next to the Villa. The apartment can hold up to 12 persons. NB.
